1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing softdeals.co.in or engaging SoftDeals for software development, technical consulting, or digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services & Quotations

All indicative ranges displayed on this website are estimates intended to assist client project budgeting. A binding technical agreement is executed only upon signing a formal Statement of Work (SOW) defining milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, upon final milestone settlement:

• The client receives 100% full ownership of custom application source code, designs, and database schemas developed specifically for the project.
• Open-source libraries (e.g., Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS) remain subject to their respective MIT/Apache licenses.
• SoftDeals retains no proprietary claim or recurring royalty rights over the completed client software.

4. Milestone Delivery & Acceptance

Projects are structured into clear phased sprints. Clients review and approve deliverables at each stage before proceeding to subsequent phases. Any post-launch defects identified within the standard 30-day warranty window are rectified at zero additional charge.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from development contracts are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
